1. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver across Bangladesh through our own logistics and trusted courier partners.
• In Dhaka City, we offer same-day or next-day delivery (subject to product availability).
• For outside Dhaka, delivery times range from 3–7 working days.

2. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: Free delivery for orders above BDT 200,000. Otherwise, a standard fee applies.
• Outside Dhaka: Charges depend on product size, weight, and courier service.
• For large furniture items, delivery fees may vary based on distance and installation needs.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are confirmed after successful payment or Cash on Delivery (where available).
• All products are checked before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
• You will receive a confirmation call or SMS once your order is ready for shipment.

4. Shipping Method

• For Dhaka City: Delivery by Golden Furniture logistics team.
• For nationwide orders: Delivery via courier (Sundarban, SA Paribahan, Pathao, or similar partners).
• Customers will receive a tracking number (if available) after dispatch.

5. Delivery Time

• Dhaka: 24–48 hours (working days).
• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days depending on courier service.
• Custom furniture orders may take 7–15 working days depending on design & production.

6. Failed Delivery

• If a customer is unavailable at the delivery address, a re-delivery attempt will be arranged.
• Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not provide international shipping services.
